desk / work station

April 6, 2009

This is my work station in my bedroom. I have another one – with the essential computer and printer at close reach – on my dining room table (I’m not sure that “dining room” is the appropriate room,” but I don’t know what other word to use), but this is where I draw and cut out pictures and so on. And oh, 100 yen miniature clothing pins are tops.

The work station is a bit messy, but I couldn’t imagine ever having a neat work station. My brain simply does not operate in swift, logical movements; it operates in haphazard broken lines and incomplete geometrical shapes. I still dread finishing projects sometimes because I know that I will have a tiny disaster in my room afterward.
